October 01, 2002 ( Tuesday, October 01, 2002 ) It's a good thing I have co-workers that are decent people. If not, I'd go crazy. I quit supervising on Saturday after my boss spazzed at me. To make matters worse my other boss (her husband) pulled me aside and told me a bunch of stuff that made me feel worthless. He said that I'd never accept responsibility for the rest of my life and that I was a waste of time and money (apparently they "invested" time and money in me). After that, I was almost ready to quit, but thanks to Julie, I managed to make it through. When I told her what my boss had said to me she was almost as mad as me. But at the end of the day, both bosses had apologzied and things are relatively better. The other plus side of my co-workers is the Megan took one of my shifts for today so I didn't have to go 10 days in a row. *whew* I just typed www.halloween.com and something quite interesting showed up...it's a site about Christmas... |
