June 21, 2003 ( Saturday, June 21, 2003 ) Don't you love it when you find a new singer/group/artist and fall in love with their art/music. I enjoy listening to music that doesn't get played on the radio every five minutes. Like my love for all things Sarah Slean. I love the intamacy at the concerts, the bonds between fellow fans all hypnotized by their chosen artistic genius. I love the quality of the the music. It's been a few months since I've been to a concert, and the only one that I'm looking forward to doesn't come until November (Sarah Slean, go figure). Recently I've come across a few less-mainstream artist that have captivated me...Holly McNarland, Sarah Harmer, Beth Orton, and Sondre Lerche. I wish to eventually see them all in concert (not at the same time of course). |
