September 25, 2003 ( Thursday, September 25, 2003 ) I'm really trying limit my swear output....so far my computer hasn't fuc -er....screwed up yet today so that eliminated a lot of my need to swear. Today was...normal. Although apparently I lost my wallet because my teacher phoned me to tell me she had it in her office. I asked her if she took any money out of it...she said $5, I said "ok". LoL. AND then I got this phone call from the key speaker of the confrence that I'm volunteering at this weekend. The weird part is, he's although the author of 3 of my textbooks. Weeeeird. I was supposed to go to Monarchs tonight with Alix but we're both sick so we didn't go. I'm pisse...er....mad that I can't find my bracelets...that means I'm gonna have to buy new ones. What else to talk about?? Hmmm....if anyone wants to help out at the AIDS Walk on Sunday, it would be greatly appreciated. This lady today at Zellers, HIT me with her cart, and then GLARED at me. at ME! It was totally her fault too.... Anyone want a Psych 102, Micro-Economics, Creative Writing, and/or Philosophy textbook? Free? They're good.... Weekly Wrap Up 1. What was the first music video you remember seeing? What was memorable? I think the first video I remember is for Aerosmith's Cryin' with Alicia Silverstone and Liv Tyler. That video actually freaked me out. I didn't get it... 2. What was your favorite music video as a teenager? Why? Um...hmm.....I guess I still am a teenager so....I'd have to say Coldplay's The Scientist...it's a really good video. 3. How often did you watch Much Music as a teen? How often now? Why has this changed, if at all? I didn't really watch a lot of it growing up. Usually if I was bored, or wanting to watch one of the specials...not too much to watch...I do remember watching when the Spice Girls did their interview....heh heh heh 4. Did "video kill the radio star," as The Buggles asserted in their 1980 song of the same title? Why or why not? No, I still listen to the radio...shut up.... 5. What is the best music video ever made? Why? Well, I could be naughty and say Dirrty, or I could be reasonable and say The Scientist, or I could be totally different and say...hmm...Earl by the Dixie Chicks....there's too many to choose from.... |
