April 04, 2004 ( Sunday, April 04, 2004 ) Homework is consuming my life. *kneels to the homework gods* I'm currently bullshitting my way through writing a lesson plan for 6 year olds on death and dying. *sigh* Soon it will ALL be over! Aside from homework I've been doing quite a bit lately. Scott found a basement suite! Yay! So I helped him move his stuff in (I got to unpack and arrange his kitchen stuff). It's actually a really nice place. It was furnished too so that's a plus. It's so great to know that he's in Cranbrook now. He's only like 5 minutes away instead of 5 hours. We watched Monsters Inc last night (His first time, my 2'938 time). He said he liked it.... I went back to my practicum last week too. I'm finished on Thursday (technically Wednesday but I'm staying for one more day). They find out on Tuesday if the school closes or not so Wednesday morning should definately be interesting. Yesterday I had to go to the college to work on some homework (yay for being a geek)..actually it was fun homework. In my Special Needs class (it's a class on how to deal with Special Needs, I'm not IN a class for Special Needs) we have to do a play for 8 year olds on how the brain works. We're doing a Finding Nemo puppet show...it looks quite good so far. After I was done homework, Chris, Ginn and I went to Brandi's to watch a movie. We ended up watching Cuthroat Island which was...good...I managed to escape..er...go home...before they watched The Matrix. Thursday Night, Chris, Erin, and I kidnapped Scott (blindfold and all) to go to Lussier Hot Springs. It was nice out, although the sulpher smell got to be a bit much.
