September 13, 2004 ( Monday, September 13, 2004 ) Busy! Scott and I went to lethbridge on Friday, it was very spontaneous. We had to wait for about 2 hours because of an accident and got to lethbridge around 11:00. We stayed at a (not too trashy) motel. On the way to lethbridge we almost hit a porcupine that was seriously the size of a small bear. It looked like one of those weird things from "The Village". On saturday we went shopping with Scott's friend Agnus. And then we went for dinner at East Side Marios. I didn't know this about East Side Marios but THEY LET YOU EAT PEANUTS AND THROW THE SHELLS ON THE FLOOR! It was great. We did it just so we said that we did. Apparently my glasses are cool according to the waitress at the restaraunt. When we were on our way home we got stopped for 2 hours again, for another accident about 100 meters from the one that stopped us on Friday. It was so creepy. I sold my textbooks today. I made a whopping $200. I'm going to Saskatchewan with Erin and I have a feeling it's going to be like The Simple Life. I am not a country/farm person by ANY means. I'm sure Erin will be fine because she's used to it, but the LAST time I went to a farm it resulted in me not eating pork. *shudder*....I guess I would be Paris and Erin would be Nicole. |
