January 25, 2005 ( Tuesday, January 25, 2005 ) It is Tuesday...for those who don't know..... I had a fun weekend. Scott and I went to Lethbridge for a random day trip. It was great fun. The night before we left, we had decided to watch Spiderman 2 at like...11:30 but then realized that we were too tired. Right before I fell asleep I said something to Scott to which he replied "Ok. General Mills". Out of nowhere he called me General Mills. I found this incredibly funny and couldn't stop laughing whereas Scott fell asleep and I had to refresh his memory the next day. Lethbridge was fun, although not too much had changed since we were there in September. We bought some clothes at the Gap, had lunch at Wendys, went to Starbucks, we went to Home Depot (it was my first visit, not really that great), and had dinner at Moxies before heading back home. I don't know if I wrote about it, but last time we went to Lethbridge, we were almost there and all of a sudden there was this huge thing on the road that was a porcupine. It was huge! Although I think everything I think about it, it tends to get bigger. Soon it will be bigger than the truck. Even though it was actually about the size of a...I don't know.....ottoman? So, while at the mall, we decided to buy each other some mystery presents. I bought Scott a personalized rubber ducky, some fridge magnet poetry, a teddy bear, and an egg magnet. He got me a lethbridge patch, a piggy bank, a teddy bear, and a scratch ticket. We opened up the fridge poetry when we got home and soon after we had a very dirty poem across the fridge. "Crazy Comatose Fan Was At Football With All The Quaterbacks When She Had Bad Drama Expanding Up Her Bum But It Is Not Good To Wish Change For Most Sports Don't Have Such Wonderful Monday Nights." Oh yes...heh I'm quite happy that the snow is pretty much all gone. AND thanks for the x-mas card Renata, my dad thought it was great. |
