June 14, 2005 ( Tuesday, June 14, 2005 ) Ugh, What I wouldn't give to have a nice weekend off. I don't mind working but lately I've been doing midnight shifts every weekend which is kind of crappy. Really the only reason it sucks is because it takes a couple days to get back into regular sleeping patterns and to kind of get my head back to normal. Apparently I'll be starting the summer rec program on the 27th so at least that means steady work for the summer. Combined with some shifts at the group home I should be fairly busy this summer. Yesterday there was a thunderstorm and stuff and afterwards Scott and I went to get groceries and it was so weird. There was like this huge black cloud over Cranbrook and then this ring of clear blue sky around it...it looked like a hurricane.. and now I forget what I was going to talk about....I think it was something about vegetaraianism... |
