March 17, 2006 ( Friday, March 17, 2006 )  Finally I get a weekend off work! It's nice to know that I have a few days where I don't actually have to do anything. This week I worked two 14 hour shifts back to back. I bet my clients were starting to get tired of seeing me. I realized yesterday while setting things up for a St.Patricks Day party, that my job is comprised of a lot of titles. The following apply: Chef, Waiter, Dishwasher, Maid, Party Planner, Accountant, Lifeguard, Secratary, Counsellor, Motivator, Entertainer, Handyman, along with several more. Oh well, at least it creates an interesting work environment. I'm enjoying work which is nice. Today we went to see the movie Eight Below. In April, Scott and I are going on a trip to Calgary for the Sarah Harmer concert. It's nice to go to Calgary when we can actually afford to go. We'll be able to do fun stuff and not be so worried about money. On the way home we're stopping in Canmore to see a Matthew Barber concert which should be fun. Then two days later I'm going back to Calgary with work. Did I mention I have a fun job? |
