ok, finally have a little time to write something down. Let's see...what to write...

So, last week they found a dead body in the yard of our old house. Yeah, just one more reason why I'm glad we don't live there anymore.

Last week Erin and I went to Calgary to see the Black Eyed Peas concert. It was pretty good, about 12000 people there which was the biggest concert I've ever been to. We had really good seats too which was nice because I don't think it would have been as much fun if we were up in the nosebleeds. The whole time we were in Calgary we didn't get lost at all and thanks to my training in Toronto, using public transit was a snap! On the way home from Calgary we were going to stop at Calaway Park. So we drove into the parking lot and there were a few cars so we assumed it was open, we walked all the way inside before seeing a tiny sign saying they were closed. We were quite disapointed. Then we decided to go to Banff and go up the gondola which was a lot of fun. We tried waving to people as we passed them going up but nobody saw us. The views from the top were amazing and we spent an hour and a half just walking around.

Speaking of mountains, Scott and I hiked up Mount Baker on Saturday. It was a long one (6 hours) but the view from the top was incredible. We tried to see our house but all we could point out was the general area. There was a paragliding ramp up there and we took some pictures of us playing around on it. I highly reccomend going up there.

Now I get to do a month of night shifts which is going to be dreary. They're so boring and lonely
and I always feel so crappy after I'm done.
